How we work
AI-Assisted Engineering has been the foundation for two years. Not "AI does it", but AI as an amplifier inside a disciplined process. Code reviews, tests, architecture decisions, debugging: faster, not sloppier. What used to be a team of five can now be a few good engineers with these tools.
The network
PolySynergy is not a fixed agency, it's a network. Senior engineers, designers and domain specialists assembled per project. Scales with what's needed, no fixed overhead. Most projects need two or three people. Larger engagements bring in specific profiles.
Why this works
The old way of building software, large teams, long specs, slow delivery, isn't competitive anymore. But "vibecoding" (letting AI cobble something together without craftsmanship) produces garbage. The combination is what matters: experience plus AI as a tool. That's the starting point for every project we do.
